Hung Yat Farm Joins HKTDC Food Expo PRO 2025 Eat Local Programme

Regeneration Architect Tiffana Kwok represented Hung Yat Farm in the Eat Local programme at Hong Kong's first Food Expo PRO, held at the Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Hung Yat Farm took part in HKTDC Food Expo PRO 2025, held from 14 to 16 August at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The trade event ran for the first time in 2025 alongside the long-running Food Expo.

Tiffana Kwok, Regeneration Architect at Hung Yat Farm Limited, spoke in the programme “Eat Local: Build a Low-Carbon Local Food Promotion Network”, which brought together local producers working on shortening supply chains and lowering the carbon cost of food in Hong Kong.
